    Is it strange I actually prefer to workout in the evenings, I feel like I can do it, sweat alot and then shower and calm down and go to bed

    That's not a flexible spine, that's a weak core and/or bad posture. Your lower back is part of your core too. If you'd train your core more, it will get easier to keep it on the ground :)

    The amount of times I wanted to give up through this challenge 😂😂 gives great results but I'd agree on the up and down planks driving me nuts 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️💪🏼💪🏼

    I did this program too and felt so much stronger by the end of it. Still can’t believe I was able to do up and down planks without stopping on the 14th day. Was so proud and motivated that I’m now starting her 2020 summer shred just to keep my momentum going

    I’m on day 13 todaaaay, it was hard af.😭😭😭 lost belly fat and lost some weight, 1week I ate dirty and the rest of the week I started eating cleaning and incorporating IF. From 93.5kg-89.5kg 🤪🤪

    for reverse crunches or ab workouts where you use your legs put your two hands under the outer side of your bum! I had the same exact problem and that helped me so much
